Posty's Elrond | Game Knights #87 by Ghoulswrath

Format: Commander

Commander: Elrond, Moon-Reader

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue flicker/ETB value deck helmed by Elrond, Moon-Reader, who doubles as a card-draw enabler (drawing whenever you activate a creature ability) and a repeatable two-permanent flicker engine in the command zone. The core plan is to chain enter-the-battlefield triggers through a dense suite of instant-speed blink spells (Ghostly Flicker, Displace, Blur, Planar Incision) and repeatable engines (Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Conjurer's Closet, Displacer Kitten, Meneldor, Swift Savior). The deck grinds value with Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and The One Ring, then assembles an infinite-mana loop with Peregrine Drake plus a flicker/recursion piece, finishing via Agent of Treachery stealing the board or Venser, Shaper Savant bouncing everything. Trigger-doublers like Panharmonicon, Roaming Throne, and Starfield Vocalist amplify every ETB.
