Deck overview

This deck uses Kardur, Doomscourge to control the flow of combat, forcing opponents to attack each other while protecting your own life total. As opposing creatures trade in combat, Kardur drains each opponent for 1 life while healing you. The deck supplements this strategy with group slug cards such as Spiteful Visions, Stormfist Crusader, and Kaervek the Merciless, applying constant life loss across the table. Powerful late-game haymakers like Archfiend of Depravity, Sepulchral Primordial, and Dictate of the Twin Gods turn this attrition into game-ending damage. The deck features strong reactive removal and board wipes, including Blasphemous Act and Deadly Tempest, which double as finishers when Kardur is on the battlefield. While the deck lacks high-speed tutors and stack-based protection, its high redundancy in burn, forced attacks, and graveyard recursion allows it to grind out multiplayer victories effectively.
