Deck overview

Orvar, the All-Form leads a mono-blue value/combo deck that turns every cheap targeting instant into extra permanents. The primary plan is to cast Orvar and then multiply Islands, mana rocks, and ETB creatures with Twiddle, Cerulean Wisps, and buyback spells. Secondary paths use Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal for infinite mana and Peregrine Drake with Capsize to make unlimited 2/3 flying Drake tokens. Because those tokens lack haste, the win usually needs one extra combat step; the deck leans on counterspells, flicker effects, and Lier flashback to protect that turn. It has no true alternate win condition and is heavily dependent on Orvar remaining on the battlefield.
