Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Mardu combat deck helmed by Tsagan, Raider Warlord, focusing on the mechanical synergy between first strike, double strike, and the speed mechanic. By curving out low-cost creatures with natural first strike or double strike, the deck turns Tsagan into an explosive anthem engine that scales aggressively with wide boards. High-impact combat enhancers like Kwende, Pride of Femeref, Windcrag Siege, and Akroma's Will push combat damage into lethal territory rapidly. While the deck lacks stack counterspells and dedicated tutor lines, it compensates with high functional creature redundancy, resilient combat protection, and reliable burst damage that regularly eliminates tables across consecutive mid-game attack phases.
