Marchesa (Aikido) by someartistyouknow

Format: Commander

Commander: Queen Marchesa

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Mardu pillowfort deck uses Queen Marchesa to take the monarch and generate card advantage while taxing attacks. It controls combat with Ghostly Prison, Nils, Discipline Enforcer, and goad effects, and punishes aggression with damage-redirection cards like Brash Taunter, Arcbond, Deflecting Palm, and Comeuppance. Gisela, Blade of Goldnight doubles your damage and halves incoming damage, turning small hits into lethal swings. Sunforger and premium tutors find answers, while Smothering Tithe and Black Market Connections provide Treasure and draw. With no infinite combo, it wins by grinding value, protecting the board, and closing with doubled combat or reflected damage.
