This is a casual Orzhov midrange deck helmed by "Brims" Barone, Midway Mobster, built around a hat tribal theme and +1/+1 counter combat. Brims enters and spreads counters across other hat-wearing creatures, then swings as a 5/4 with menace (if the pilot is wearing a hat). The 99 backs that up with classic counter payoffs-Cathars' Crusade, Abzan Falconer, Ainok Bond-Kin, Drana, Liberator of Malakir, Elite Scaleguard-plus hat-matters pieces like Haberthrasher, Park Re-Entry, and Rat in the Hat. There are no infinite combos; wins come from flying, first-strike, and anthem-pumped combat, with incidental drain from Haberthrasher.
