Dwarves

Format: Commander

Commander: Magda, Brazen Outlaw

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-Red Dwarf-Dragon-Treasure engine commanded by Magda, Brazen Outlaw. Magda accelerates treasure generation through Dwarf tap triggers and, crucially, can sacrifice five Treasures to search her library for any Artifact or Dragon card and put it directly onto the battlefield. The primary win route is grinding out Treasures, then using the command-zone tutor to drop a game-ending Dragon (Terror of the Peaks, Utvara Hellkite, Smaug the Magnificent) and finishing with either damage or extra combats via Desert Were-Worm or Great Train Heist. Backup plans involve overwhelming combat pressure from a fast swarm of Dwarves and the burn from Dragon Tempest or Impact Tremors.
