Deck overview

This Orzhov midrange deck pairs Shadowheart, Dark Justiciar with Noble Heritage to create a potent card advantage and combat engine. Noble Heritage repeatedly buffs your creatures with +1/+1 counters while granting protection from opponents who accept the bargain. Shadowheart, Dark Justiciar converts these oversized creatures into massive bursts of card draw, refilling your hand with interaction, protection, and synergistic payoffs. The deck leverages go-wide token producers like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Felisa, Fang of Silverquill, scales them with Cathars' Crusade and Archangel of Thune, and drains life totals through aristocrats like Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim. Defensive pillars such as Myrel, Shield of Argive and Clever Concealment safeguard your board against sweepers, allowing you to close games reliably on Turn 7 through overwhelming combat damage or an unblockable Akroma's Will alpha strike.
