Deck overview

This deck is a non-green big-mana battlecruiser deck built around Nissa, Leyline Tamer. The primary game plan ramps through a dense suite of two-mana artifacts and talismans to cast Nissa on Turn 5 or 6. Once on the board, any land entering the battlefield triggers Nissa's landfall ability, drawing a card and revealing cards from the library to cheat a creature directly onto the battlefield. The creature suite is filled with game-ending threats including Blightsteel Colossus, Archon of Cruelty, Archfiend of Despair, Memnarch, and Serra's Emissary. Backup cheat engines like Proteus Staff, Jace, Multiverse Architect, and Mass Polymorph ensure high-cost bombs enter play even if Nissa is removed. The deck controls the board with versatile spot exile and sweepers like Ruinous Ultimatum and Martial Coup. While vulnerable to early aggro and countermagic, its sheer late-game resource engine can rapidly overwhelm opponents once high-impact threats begin hitting the table.
