Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-green poison strategy led by Fynn, the Fangbearer. It looks to cast low-cost deathtouch creatures on the first two turns, cast Fynn, and attack on Turn 3 to quickly distribute poison counters. Because Fynn applies two poison counters whenever a deathtouch creature deals combat damage to a player, each unblocked hit represents one-fifth of that player's life. The list features numerous fight and bite spells like Ram Through and Bite Down, turning small deathtouch creatures into efficient creature removal to clear paths for attackers. Trample enablers such as Rancor allow deathtouch creatures to assign a single point of lethal damage to a blocker and trample the remaining damage over to trigger poison counters. While capable of fast single-target kills, the deck lacks card draw engines and stax pieces, making it vulnerable to sweepers.
