Deck overview

This five-color Commander deck centers on Tom Bombadil and a dense suite of Sagas. The primary game plan establishes mana fixing and enchantress draw engines during the opening turns before deploying Tom Bombadil. Once four or more lore counters accumulate among Sagas, the commander becomes an indestructible, hexproof engine that cascades free Sagas directly onto the battlefield whenever a final chapter resolves. Counter-manipulating creatures such as Goldberry, River-Daughter, Satsuki, the Living Lore, and Clockspinning accelerate or loop high-impact chapters. As Sagas advance, they generate token swarms, destroy opposing permanents, and drain life totals. The deck transitions into a lethal threat around turn 6, converting massive token armies or animated enchantments into a full-table elimination by turn 8. Strong recursion through Dance of the Manse and Resurgent Belief provides engine resilience against sweepers.
