It's raining Cats and Dogs - Precon by user6407971

Format: Commander

Commander: Rin and Seri, Inseparable

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Naya tribal deck helms Rin and Seri, Inseparable as a token-go-wide strategy built around Cats and Dogs. The commander fires off token production each time you cast either tribe, and its activated ability doubles as a flexible finisher, sniping targets while gaining life proportional to your Cat count. The deck's primary path to victory is overwhelming combat: it floods the board with cheap creatures, multiplies tokens via Anointed Procession, and finishes with anthem effects like Jetmir, Nexus of Revels and Beastmaster Ascension. Secondary damage comes from Impact Tremors draining each opponent on every creature you cast, while Warp World can act as a chaotic reset that frequently leaves you ahead on permanents. The commander is a strong engine, but the deck has independent token generation from Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Felidar Retreat, and Oketra's Monument, making it moderately dependent on the command zone.
