Deck overview

Don & Leo, Problem Solvers helm a UW artifact-ETB value deck. The primary plan is to deploy cheap ETB creatures and artifacts, then use the commander's end-step blink to repeatedly reuse draws, tutors, and bounces while building a board of tokens and Thopters. Secondary lines use Recruiter of the Guard and Turtles Forever to assemble Niko/Y'shtola/Timestream value loops, or transform Master's Guide-Mural into Master's Manufactory to produce a hasted artifact army under Krang. Don & Leo are a value engine rather than a clock; combat finishes mostly through artifact creatures and the commander itself. There is no true hidden commander, though Niko is a central engine piece.
