New Untitled Deck by emmpyre

Format: Commander

Commander: Breena, the Demagogue

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Orzhov political counters deck uses Breena, the Demagogue to reward opponents for attacking each other. You gain cards and +1/+1 counters while opponents fight, then turn those counters into a lethal board. The primary plan is incremental combat with goad and pillow-fort effects that steer attacks away from you. Secondary paths create flying Inkling tokens with Felisa, Fang of Silverquill and recur value with Sun Titan and Guardian Scalelord, finishing with Sigarda's Summons turning counter creatures into 4/4 flying Angels. Breena is the draw and counter engine, not a combo piece. Felisa acts as the hidden commander that converts counters into a wide army.
