Neerdiv by TraceAE

Format: Commander

Commander: Neerdiv, Devious Diver

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Neerdiv, Devious Diver is a mono-blue graveyard-value and mill deck. The commander is both the primary mill payoff and a growth engine: every spell cast or ability activated from the graveyard draws a card and puts a +1/+1 counter on Neerdiv, so her tap trigger mills more each turn. The deck fills the graveyard with looting, surveil, and self-mill, then uses flashback and recursion effects to keep triggering Neerdiv while deploying unblockable effects and Fraying Sanity to close out one opponent at a time. Screaming Swarm and Rise from the Tides provide backup mill/beatdown. There is no hidden commander; Neerdiv is the single axis.
