This is a Selesnya flying-tribal tempo/value deck helmed by Storm, Windrider, whose static ability makes opposing flyers unable to attack you or block your creatures - a real defensive layer in a format full of evasive threats - while her targeting trigger grants flying to your creatures whenever you cast a spell that points at them. The 99 leans fully into that heroic/repartee shell: a dense suite of instant-speed combat tricks, auras, and cantrips (Defiant Strike, Angelic Gift, Feather of Flight, Rebellious Strike) that pump and draw, feeding Season of Growth and the repartee payoffs like Informed Inkwright and Stirring Hopesinger. The deck wins by accruing value through evasive combat: Angels such as Sephara, Sky's Blade, Sigarda, Font of Blessings, and Battle Angels of Tyr beat down while Ghalta, Primal Hunger closes as a trample finisher.
