Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Sphinx tribal midrange strategy commanded by The Ur-Sphinx. It leverages eminence to reduce the mana cost of all Sphinx spells straight from the command zone. The deck spends the first three turns establishing colored mana and artifact acceleration to deploy high-cost, high-impact Sphinxes on turn 4. Engines like Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign, Consecrated Sphinx, and Kindred Discovery generate massive card draw, while Roaming Throne and Tivit, Seller of Secrets compound resource advantage. After building an overwhelming flying board state by turn 6, the deck finishes opponents on turn 7 using powerful combat finishers such as Akroma's Will, Raise the Palisade, or Mirror Entity. Efficient interaction and phasing spells protect the team against board wipes while advancing a lethal aerial clock.
