Black waltz no. 3 and goblins by SapphireDragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Black Waltz No. 3

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos "noncreature spells matter" deck helmed by Black Waltz No. 3, a flying deathtouch Wizard that pings each opponent for 2 whenever you cast a noncreature spell. The list is a LOTR-flavored midrange value pile weaving three overlapping engines: a deep amass Goblins package that grows a single Army token, a substantial Equipment suite that turns that Army into a lethal beater, and a Treasure subtheme that fuels card draw and Smaug, Wicked Worm's trigger. The primary win is incremental - chaining cheap instants and sorceries to rack up commander pings while the amass Army and equipped attackers close in combat, with Snort providing a burst of table-wide damage. There are no fast combos, no real tutors, and almost no instant-speed interaction, so the deck wins through grinding card advantage and inevitability rather than speed or disruption.
