Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Zombie tribal strategy led by Ghoulcaller Gisa. It focuses on building a synergistic board of Zombie creatures, sacrificing high-power creatures to Gisa to double token counts, and buffing the horde with tribal lords like Undead Warchief and Death Baron. The deck generates steady card advantage through engines like Cryptbreaker, Midnight Reaper, and Undead Augur, turning creature deaths into fresh resources. Win conditions revolve around overwhelming combat damage with menace and deathtouch, augmented by direct table drain from Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Ayara, First of Locthwain, and Vengeful Dead. While resilient to attrition through deep graveyard recursion like Lord of the Undead and Gravecrawler, the deck lacks stack interaction and fast mana, operating on an honest mid-game curve.
