Deck overview

This deck is a Boros Dragon tribal and Treasure midrange build commanded by Ganax, Astral Hunter and Folk Hero. The game plan focuses on deploying early artifact ramp and cost reducers to cast Ganax on Turn 4, immediately generating a Treasure token and enabling Folk Hero to draw cards whenever Dragon spells are cast. Once the commander engine is established, the deck transitions on Turn 5 into resolving high-impact Dragon threats such as Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, and Utvara Hellkite. These creatures provide dominant aerial power and direct ETB burn that rapidly depletes opposing life totals. Treasure synergies from cards like Goldspan Dragon and Smothering Tithe fuel explosive plays, while flexible protection spells such as Teferi's Protection and Boros Charm shield the board from sweepers, paving the way for a decisive combat finish by Turn 7.
