Hobbitses

Format: Commander

Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-green Eldrazi ramp deck helmed by The Notary Hobbits, a commander that functions as a mana engine rather than a threat. On entry it creates two non-legendary token copies of itself, and every Halfling you control taps for one colorless mana - so the commander alone generates three colorless per turn, accelerating the deck into its real payload: huge annihilator Eldrazi. The primary win condition is combat: cast 8-12 mana Eldrazi like Ulamog's Crusher and Pathrazer of Ulamog, give them trample via Garruk's Uprising, and grind opponents down through forced sacrifices and massive damage. Secondary lines include Genesis Wave to dump a board and Eldrazi Conscription to make a single threat lethal. The deck is a classic big-mana midrange build with a dense dork package, land ramp, and a few repeatable tutors to find the right Eldrazi.
