Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya go-wide token strategy commanded by Leonardo, the Balance. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost token producers early, casting Leonardo to distribute +1/+1 counters whenever tokens enter each turn, and scaling the board with token doublers like Anointed Procession, Parallel Lives, and Mondrak, Glory Dominus. Mana engines such as Cryptolith Rite and Jaheira, Friend of the Forest turn every creature into a mana source, accelerating into massive board states and finishers like Beastmaster Ascension and Divine Visitation. Interaction is highlighted by the oppressive artifact and enchantment removal of Aura Shards, while instant-speed indestructible effects like Grand Crescendo protect the swarm from standard sweepers. The deck wins by overrunning all three opponents through compounded combat steps by Turn 7.
