Aura Maxing by paparocho

Format: Commander

Commander: Killian, Decisive Mentor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a WB Aura Goad deck helmed by Killian, Decisive Mentor. The primary strategy is to use the commander's ability to goad creatures and draw cards to control the board while generating incremental value. The deck is packed with auras that goad, removal, and enchantment synergies, leveraging Kor Spiritdancer, Sram, Senior Edificer, and Mesa Enchantress for card draw. It wins through combat damage, either by building a massive board of enchantment creatures, using Sigil of the Empty Throne to create angel tokens, or draining opponents with Eriette of the Charmed Apple. The deck has strong recursion via Retether and Replenish to recover from board wipes, making it a resilient midrange control strategy.
