Commander: Ral, Monsoon Mage // Ral, Leyline Prodigy

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Ral-led Izzet storm deck that wins through Underworld Breach loops rather than commander damage. Ral, Monsoon Mage reduces instant and sorcery costs and flips on a coin flip when you cast them on your turn; Ral, Leyline Prodigy then adds loyalty for each spell cast that turn, discounts again, draws, and can ultimate to cast eight spells for free. The deck is built to use the front face as a cost reducer and engine, with the planeswalker as value and finisher. Underworld Breach is the hidden commander - every primary win uses Breach to recast Brain Freeze, rituals, and free mana rocks for storm kills.
