Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov enchantress and pillowfort strategy commanded by Eriette of the Charmed Apple. The primary game plan revolves around enchanting both friendly creatures and opposing threats with low-cost Auras. Eriette converts these enchantments into a two-fold advantage: completely nullifying attacks directed at you from enchanted opposing creatures, while steadily draining life from each opponent and padding your own life total at each of your end steps. Card draw engines like Sram, Senior Edificer and Mesa Enchantress maintain resource velocity as you deploy goad and pacifism effects. As the Aura count accumulates, damage amplifiers like All That Glitters, Ethereal Armor, and Grievous Wound drastically accelerate the clock, allowing the deck to close games through unavoidable life loss while hiding safely behind defensive enchantments and protective shielding.
