Commander: Witherbloom, the Balancer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Golgari lands-matter ramp deck helmed by Witherbloom, the Balancer, whose affinity-for-creatures cost reduction on instants and sorceries is a genuine bonus - but the real engine lives entirely in the 99. The deck's plan is to chain extra land drops (Exploration, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove), flood the graveyard with lands via Scapeshift and Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, then convert that mass into either a giant X-spell (Torment of Hailfire / Exsanguinate doubled by Unbound Flourishing) or an overwhelming combat board (Ashaya, Soul of the Wild, Scute Swarm, Second Harvest). It is a classic value-ramp goodstuff pile that wins through sheer mana advantage rather than a tight combo, with a dense tutor suite to find its key creatures.
