Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-green poison strategy led by Fynn, the Fangbearer. It leverages a dense suite of low-cost deathtouch creatures to turn combat damage into rapid poison counters, threatening lethal table pressure as early as Turn 3. Because Fynn grants two poison counters per deathtouch connection, opponents face a 10-poison lethal threshold rather than 40 life, drastically compressing the clock. The deck backs its aggressive curve with bite-based removal spells like Bite Down and Infectious Bite, which use deathtouch to destroy opposing threats for low mana. Combat-triggered card draw engines like Toski, Bearer of Secrets and Ohran Frostfang keep resources flowing, while explosive mana lands such as Gaea's Cradle and Growing Rites of Itlimoc enable late-game finishers like Triumph of the Hordes, Tyrranax Rex, and Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider. While fast and redundant, the deck relies heavily on keeping Fynn and its small attackers alive through targeted removal and board wipes.
