This deck is a competitive mono-blue artifact combo and stax strategy commanded by Urza, Lord High Artificer. The primary objective is to leverage explosive fast mana to deploy Urza early, turning every artifact into a mana-producing engine. The deck swiftly searches for compact two-card infinite mana combos, primarily Basalt Monolith paired with Power Artifact or Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal. Once infinite mana is established, Urza's activated ability exiles the library to cast game-ending payoffs like Walking Ballista or Aetherflux Reservoir on the same turn. When a fast combo is contested, the deck transitions into an asymmetric stax control game. By tapping Static Orb with Urza right before the untap step, it locks down opposing mana development while untapping all of its own permanents.
