Deck overview

This deck is a five-color artifact midrange and Voltron aggro strategy led by Karn, Gilded Guardian. In the opening turns, it deploys a wide array of colored artifacts, artifact lands, and fixing rocks to construct a resilient mana engine. On Turn 5, casting Karn leverages the board's color diversity to draw a fresh hand of cards while putting a 5/5 trampling, vigilant threat onto the battlefield. The deck transitions into lethal combat on Turn 6 by attaching high-impact equipment like Excalibur, Sword of Eden, Two-Handed Axe, or Aettir and Priwen to eliminate opponents sequentially via commander damage or overwhelming combat swings. Strong interactive spells such as Dispatch, Anguished Unmaking, and Cyclonic Rift manage opposing boards, while Deflecting Swat, Heroic Intervention, and passive ward effects shield your board. Even if the commander is removed, redundant beaters like Bronze Guardian and Alibou, Ancient Witness maintain relentless pressure.
