Deck overview

This deck utilizes Hearthhull, the Worldseed as a versatile card draw engine, sac outlet, and aggressive finisher in a Jund lands-matter shell. Early turns focus on ramping lands into play and setting up high-power creatures like Kalakscion, Hunger Tyrant and Baloth Prime to station Hearthhull quickly. At 2+ charge counters, Hearthhull converts expendable lands into fresh cards and additional land drops. Once Hearthhull reaches 8+ counters, it becomes a 6/7 flying, vigilant, hasty threat that drains each opponent for 2 life whenever a land is sacrificed. Mass recursion cards such as Splendid Reclamation and Aftermath Analyst bring back sacrificed lands in waves, triggering potent landfall engines like Titania, Protector of Argoth, Omnath, Locus of Rage, and Moraug, Fury of Akoum. The deck grinds out opponents through card advantage, direct life loss, and wide token swarms, closing out games reliably around Turn 7.
