Deck overview

Derevi, Empyrial Tactician commands a Bant combo-control deck centered on untap synergies, mana acceleration, and creature loops. The primary win condition creates infinite mana by flickering Derevi with Emiel the Blessed alongside mana producers like Faeburrow Elder or Bloom Tender, or through Freed from the Real and Aphetto Alchemist lines. Infinite mana is then converted into a table kill using Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy to put the entire creature suite onto the battlefield or pumping attackers with Mirror Entity. Alternatively, the deck can establish oppressive soft locks using Opposition or Glare of Subdual paired with untap engines like Seedborn Muse.
