The Ur-Dragon by user7458240

Format: Commander

Commander: The Ur-Dragon

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Five-color Dragon battlecruiser built around The Ur-Dragon's eminence discount. The primary plan is to ramp, resolve a critical mass of Dragons, then win through either a double-strike combat step (Atarka World Render, Terror of Mount Velus, Gratuitous Violence) or the Call the Spirit Dragons upkeep trigger. The Ur-Dragon is a force multiplier rather than a mandatory cast: its eminence ability lowers every Dragon tax, and if it does enter it turns attacks into card draw and free permanent drops. Secondary paths include Tiamat tutoring the best five Dragons, Miirym doubling ETB triggers, and Klauth/Savage Ventmaw fueling postcombat mana. No infinite combos; the deck wins by overwhelming board presence and repeated burn triggers.
