Deck overview

This Azorius deck is a token-and-draw engine built around The Council of Four. It develops mana with signets and talismans, resolves the Council by turn 4, then converts every extra draw and second spell into cards and 2/2 Knights. Symmetrical draw effects such as Howling Mine and Dictate of Kruphix keep the engine running each turn. Secondary paths use Divine Visitation or Cathars' Crusade to make the token swarm lethal, with Moonshaker Cavalry as the usual one-swing finisher; Approach of the Second Sun is a non-combat alternate win. There is no hidden commander: the deck is centered on the Council, while Ephara, Prince Imrahil, Detective of the Month, and Bard support the same plan. The list grinds value and protects its board with mass-indestructible effects rather than assembling a compact combo.
