Deck overview

Norman Osborn supports a graveyard-focused spell deck. His front face is an unblockable looter that can build counters, while the transformed Green Goblin discounts spells cast from the graveyard and lets cards discarded that turn be cast for their mana costs. In practice, the deck’s clearest finish is the Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame loop. The list has several ways to find Twinflame, but fewer reliable ways to find Dualcaster Mage, so the combo is a supported ceiling rather than an early ordinary expectation. Mana rocks, Dark Ritual, looting, tutors, and countermagic give the deck useful midgame resources. It can interact with spells, artifacts, creatures, and graveyards, but many answers are conditional and development competes with holding protection. The deck can produce a same-turn kill after assembling the combo, yet its normal access and recovery are too slow and inconsistent for a competitive Commander profile. If the combo is unavailable, Norman Osborn mainly generates selection and incremental graveyard value rather than a reliable lethal clock.
