Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai saboteur strategy commanded by Gonti, Canny Acquisitor. It combines low-cost unblockable and flying creatures with powerful theft triggers to turn opponents' decks into its own card advantage engine. Early turns establish mana acceleration and deploy evasive attackers like Slither Blade and Ukkima, Stalking Shadow. Once Gonti enters on Turn 4, every combat connection exiles opposing cards face down with a permanent discount and flexible mana fixing. The mid-game snowballs resource advantage through saboteurs like Thief of Sanity, Fallen Shinobi, and Doc Aurlock, Grizzled Genius, which further reduces spell costs from exile. The deck closes games by pivoting stolen opposing bombs into lethal pressure alongside top-end threats such as Brainstealer Dragon, Thieving Amalgam, and Villainous Wealth. While the deck excels at value generation, it relies heavily on creature combat, lacks fast combo finishes, and has minimal stack protection against sweepers.
