Deck overview

Toph, the First Metalbender turns every nontoken artifact into a land, creating a flood of land-like permanents that can be earthbent into attackers. The deck's primary plan is to stack +1/+1 counters on those lands, use Toph, the Blind Bandit and Black Panther to convert counters into power and card draw, then close with a trampling Overrun or Unnatural Growth swing. Toph, Hardheaded Teacher acts as a hidden commander for the Lesson/earthbend package, while landfall creatures provide extra mana, tokens, and reach. The deck is combat-focused and slow, relying on accumulating a wide board of animated lands rather than a combo line.
