outlaw spicey precon by Finkstein

Format: Commander

Commander: Olivia, Opulent Outlaw

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw leads a Mardu outlaw tribal deck that wins by going wide with combat damage. You deploy evasive Rogues, Pirates, Mercenaries and Warlocks, connect with Olivia on the battlefield to create Treasures, then spend Treasures to put +1/+1 counters on your team or animate them into 3/3 attackers with Vihaan, Goldwaker. Secondary paths steal creatures with Captivating Crew and Kellogg, drain life with Tenured Inkcaster and Dire Fleet Ravager, and finish with Port Razer extra combats or Insurrection. Olivia is a payoff and anthem, not a combo engine, and the deck grinds value through draw engines like Discreet Retreat and Morbid Opportunist.
