Deck overview

This five-color deck utilizes Morophon, the Boundless as both an anthem and a massive colored-mana reducer for high-impact creature types. When paired with alternative-cost effects such as Fist of Suns, Jodah, Archmage Eternal, or Leyline of Mutation, Morophon reduces the required WUBRG cost of chosen spells to zero, allowing explosive turns where multiple game-ending beaters enter the battlefield for free. The deck supports this game plan through changeling synergies, Dragon payoffs, and type-homogenizing tools like Maskwood Nexus and Conspiracy. The mana base relies on steady 2-CMC and 3-CMC ramp pieces and fixing to hit Morophon's seven-mana requirement on turn 6. Once assembled, the deck pivots to lethal combat damage using haste enablers like Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund and trample overruns from End-Raze Forerunners, closing out games over two to three combat phases while utilizing selective protection spells to shield its board.
