Summon: Merfolk Rage by ZodiacSeeker

Format: Commander

Commander: Yuna, Grand Summoner

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Bant Merfolk +1/+1 counter deck helmed by Yuna, Grand Summoner. The game plan centers on accumulating +1/+1 counters through Yuna's ETB-boosting ability, Merfolk explore triggers, and proliferate effects, then deploying Herald of Secret Streams or islandwalk to make the board unblockable. Combat damage is the primary win, with Simic Ascendancy as an alternate finisher. The commander provides mana fixing and a counter payoff, while the tribe's lords and untap synergies (Merrow Reejerey, Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca) create multiplicative value. The deck leans on its creatures for both offense and defense, with a moderate suite of instant-speed protection and a few board wipes that spare its own counters.
