Commander: Hofri Ghostforge

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Boros deck weaponizes Hofri Ghostforge to turn sacrifice engines, death triggers, and temporary theft effects into overwhelming card advantage, aggressive creature tokens, and combo finishes. By using threaten spells like Claim the Firstborn or Kari Zevs Expertise alongside sacrifice outlets like Goblin Bombardment and Ashnods Altar, you permanently steal and copy opposing threats as buffed, hasty Spirits. Your primary path to victory is grinding out opponents through value reanimation with Sun Titan and Luminous Broodmoth, or assembling the infinite loop of Karmic Guide and Reveillark with a free sacrifice outlet to burn the table or mill libraries.
