Deck overview

Mono-blue artifact control built around Urza, Lord High Artificer. The first plan is to assemble Urza plus a dense artifact mana base so every rock and token also becomes a blue source, then use tutors to reach one of the artifact/combo lines. Polymorphan and Proteus Staff turn Urza's 0/0 Construct into the forced hidden finishers Hullbreaker Horror and Tidespout Tyrant, which dominate the board while the artifact count grows. The deck wins either by pressure from large Constructs and Tezzeret the Seeker's 5/5 artifact animation, or by a permanent-bounce lock that clears the way. It should rarely lose because of mana, but it depends on its artifact-heavy board.
