Deck overview

Ashling, the Limitless commands a 5-color Elemental deck that turns the evoke mechanic into an explosive token and damage engine. Ashling gives all Elemental permanents in hand an evoke cost of four generic mana. Whenever you sacrifice a nontoken Elemental, Ashling creates a token copy with haste. This interaction doubles every enter-the-battlefield trigger and generates immediate attackers from sacrificed creatures. The deck accelerates mana in early turns using Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and tribal cost reducers like Brighthearth Banneret and Heartless Summoning. Once Ashling is deployed, evoking creatures like Mulldrifter, Shinestriker, and Risen Reef refills your hand and ramps lands into play. Payoffs like Champion of the Path, Rottenmouth Viper, and Cavalier of Flame turn these evoke sequences into lethal bursts of direct damage and combat swings. Supported by free protection spells like Deflecting Swat and Flawless Maneuver, the deck quickly overwhelms opponents with massive value and rapid board presence.
