Deck overview

This Simic deck uses Kruphix, God of Horizons as a central mana battery to bank unspent mana across turn cycles, fueling explosive late-game plays. The early game accelerates mana through low-cost creatures and land-search spells like Birds of Paradise, Rampant Growth, and Cultivate. Once Kruphix enters on Turn 4, unspent mana becomes colorless reserves, letting the deck cast high-cost spells ahead of curve. Turn 6 serves as the primary clock, deploying large threats such as Avenger of Zendikar, Primordial Hydra, or a lethal Finale of Devastation. While the deck features great mana velocity and resilient recursion, it closes games through combat damage over two response cycles. Supported by countermagic and hexproof protection, the deck systematically overwhelms opponents with massive creatures and compounding board presence.
