Deck overview

Millicent is a budget-friendly Azorius Spirit swarm deck. The primary plan is to amass flying 1/1 Spirits through cheap token spells, Millicent's attack/death triggers, and copy effects, then multiply them with Anointed Procession, Elspeth, and Exalted Sunborn. Lords and anthems turn the swarm into a real clock, while Moonshaker Cavalry or True Conviction provides the finishing bomb. The commander's affinity discount makes Millicent an efficient late-game engine rather than an early play; she is the deck's main token generator and swarm payoff. Donal and Reflections of Littjara act as secondary copy engines, but there is no true hidden commander. The deck wins through redundant combat damage, not combos.
