Deck overview

This deck is a Mardu Vampire tribal aggro and aristocrats list helmed by Edgar Markov. Leveraging Edgar's eminence ability, the deck generates free 1/1 Vampire tokens whenever a Vampire spell is cast, allowing it to assemble a wide board presence by Turn 4. The primary win condition relies on overwhelming opponents through combat damage buffed by tribal lords like Bloodline Keeper // Lord of Lineage and Legion Lieutenant, complemented by passive death-drain effects from Bastion of Remembrance and Vengeful Bloodwitch. The deck also includes a compact infinite combo between Bloodthirsty Conqueror and Marauding Blight-Priest, though it relies on natural draws due to a lack of creature tutors. The list possesses excellent spot removal and asymmetric sweepers, but suffers from a low land count (30 lands), thin mana ramp, and an absence of board protection spells against sweepers.
