Slithering Sleuth by user3112353

Format: Commander

Commander: Lonis, Cryptozoologist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lonis, Cryptozoologist is both the card-advantage engine and the finisher of this Clue-based deck. The primary plan is to convert every nontoken creature ETB into Clues, use those Clues for ramp, card draw, and Lonis's theft activation, then close with the Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake loop and Thassa's Oracle. Secondary paths are artifact-animator combat via Cyberdrive Awakener, Tangletrove Kelp, and Rise and Shine, plus Mechanized Production and Lonis's steal ability. Lonis, Genetics Expert and Tamiyo's DFCs provide extra investigate/recursion, but the deck is not secretly built around a hidden commander.
