Deck overview

This is a Sultai Elf/Faerie tribal deck built around Maralen, Fae Ascendant's play-from-exile engine. The primary plan is to develop a board of cheap Elves and Faeries, connect with evasive attackers to exile the top cards of opponents' libraries, then cast those cards for free using Maralen's once-per-turn ability, which scales with your creature count. The deck is a value-midrange list that wins through incremental combat damage, Lathril's activated drain ability, and incidental Elf token generation. Maralen is a repeatable card-advantage engine, but the deck can still function as a generic Elf tribal beatdown deck if she is removed.
