Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck leverages fast mana acceleration to cast Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant ahead of curve. Once established, Jin-Gitaxias acts as both an asymmetric tax engine and a value multiplier, countering each opponent's first artifact, instant, or sorcery spell every turn while duplicating the pilot's own noncreature spells. The deck stabilizes behind an elite counterspell suite and dominant card advantage engines such as Rhystic Study, The One Ring, and Consecrated Sphinx. It transitions into a win by duplicating extra turn spells like Time Warp and Nexus of Fate, resetting opposing battlefields with an overloaded Cyclonic Rift, and closing the game through high-power creature attacks.
