Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Eldrazi token aristocrats strategy commanded by Azlask, the Swelling Scourge. The primary game plan revolves around generating a high volume of Eldrazi Spawn and Scion tokens using creatures and enchantments like Writhing Chrysalis, Awakening Zone, and From Beyond. Sacrificing these colorless tokens for mana builds experience counters via Azlask while triggering aristocrat drain effects from Glaring Fleshraker, Impact Tremors, and Bastion of Remembrance. Once you accumulate 5 or more experience counters, activating Azlask's {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} ability turns your wide board of 0/1 and 1/1 tokens into massive, indestructible threats with annihilator 1. The deck balances explosive combat overrun capabilities with passive life drain, while recovering smoothly from board wipes due to permanent experience counter retention.
