Deck overview

This is a Jeskai legendary-Wizard spellslinger deck helmed by Gandalf, Party Guest. The core plan is to flood the board with legendary Wizards so that Gandalf's combat trigger free-casts ever-larger instants and sorceries (X = twice your legendary Wizard count). Payoffs stack hard: Veyran, Voice of Duality and Harmonic Prodigy double Magecraft and Wizard triggers, Kykar, Wind's Fury turns every spell into Spirits and red mana, and pump engines like Adeliz, the Cinder Wind and Balmor, Battlemage Captain convert the board into a lethal combat clock. Finishers include Insurrection, Call Forth the Tempest, Multiversal Incursion, and one-sided wipes such as Urza's Ruinous Blast and Raise the Palisade. The deck plays as a midrange value engine that eventually converts free high-CMC spells into a decisive swing or table-wide theft.
